Home visits (Hausbesuche)

This year, we will once again have the opportunity to visit people from different areas of the gaming and streaming world and gain insights into their work. The digital home visits will take place from 01 - 05 November at 11 am each day.

Speakers‘ Corner

The Speakers' Corner is our stage for everyone: From November 1 - 4, at 2 pm, the game ideas developed in the school and festival workshops will be presented here. In addition, anyone who wants to talk about games can sign up for a slot on November 1 - 3 and November 6.

Shows & Interactions

For those looking for a challenge, the Hybrid Challenges on October 31 are the place to be. Here, festival attendees will compete against people online in multiplayer games on site. As a suitable Halloween event, a horror game evening will be held on the festival site from 7 - 9 pm on October 31. The following evenings will be more relaxed with "Walk With Me": From 01 - 03 November, at 7 pm each evening, we will take walks together in video games and talk about experiences, stories and visions. On the last day of the festival at 3 pm., there will be an interactive show in which the usual rules of pen & paper will be broken: JengaRPG.

Friday evening we welcome OddNina and Alistair Aitcheson on stage, who invite to be part of a live game design show, at "THE ULTIMATE TOURNAMENT". Creativity and playfulness continue on Saturday: Alistair Aitcheson calls on the audience to participate in his Show "The Crowd-Controlled Creativity Show!" from 4 - 5 pm. If you want to get your mind and body in sync beforehand, try GTA Yoga at 3 pm! The Awards Show (November 05, 8pm) will once again be a highlight of the festival. Before the ceremony, there will be a Live Let’s Play with this year’s nominees. At the Finissage on Sunday at 5 p.m. we will take a look back at the festival week and wrap up PLAY22 together.
